My Journey
Been in The field for 4 years as a trainer and 7 years as a lifter. I began my journey by wanting to join the military right after high school when I was 17. Little did I know, I was way more out of shape than I thought. So in my last 5 months of schooling, I worked hard and dropped 60lbs. I felt amazing and found I loved fitness. The rest was history. I decided to halt my enlistment into the military and try to put more effort into doing something in the fitness industry where I would have more freedom. So as I worked through the trades I continued studying fitness helping many along the way. I eventually got certified in 2020 and after training in CrossFit, muay Thai, boxing, bodybuilding, and powerlifting… I found my calling. I want to help people find THEIR dreams, help them create solid short and long-term goals, and crush them!

After completing an 8-12 week program, you’re more than welcome to keep working with us, but our ultimate goal is to help you become self-sufficient and confident in continuing your fitness journey independently.
