Personal Tranining

  1. 1 on 1 in-person training sessions: $75/Hr

  2. No Contracts

  3. Pay per session, per week, or for a month

Custom Online Programming

  1. 8-12 week Program that is 100% custom built for YOU and YOUR goals

  2. Goal setting and accountability

  3. Talk with your trainer whenever you need to, never a robot.

  4. Custome meal plans with recipes, grocery list, and macro/calorie tracking

  5. Biweekly- Zoom/phone calls

  6. Built in Meal tracker for macros and calories

  7. the ability to follow your progress visually overtime

Habit and Accountability

  1. habit building is a simple way for you to replace bad habits with good ones

  2. habits vary greatly so many good habits will help lead you to a successful self-disciplined self that you won’t be able to recognize.

  3. Small habits also allow you to keep yourself accountable for all the little things that add to your life, from drinking a glass of water to getting 10,000 steps a day in. Small habits lead to a great you!

  4. Accountability is most people’s biggest struggle. Without someone holding you accountable, most tend to fall off the path to success. Here we contact you every couple day to make sure you are staying on track and motivated

In-person Sessions: $75/Hour

Online Custom Programming: Starts at $500 for 1 month or $1200 for 3 months

Then is only $300/month thereafter
